anyone know someone who owns a small motor boat in Trinidad?

I am trying to find someone who lives in / around the Caribbean islands who owns a boat who can take a friend of mine from island to island. He is willing to pay up to $200 american dollars per day for the lift. He needs this urgently...from Trinidad from around Jan 10th 09 - its part of a his record breaking attempt to step foot in every country in the world in 2009 without using any air travel. We are desperately trying to find someone local who has a boat who can help? Any contacts at all anyone??
