I've narrowed down the choices of islands to Nevis or St. John, or Tortola or Virgin Gorda. Thanks for everyone's help. I can't decide from here... 4/5 nights one place and change?? Day trips? I (mom) will be traveling w/toddler--budget is 4K from Chicago for a week or 10 days.
I enjoy greenery, walking through the hills w/child (has to be an easy path!), being able to go into town w/my child and not be hassled all the time, a cleaner island and beautiful beaches w/little wave action for the little one. A pool or play ground would also be a plus. Some kids would be great but don't want the crowds of Atlantis. Also loved Tulum, Mexico didn't like Cancun (too AMERICA in Mexico) or Bahamas (too flat/not a lot of trees). Someone wrote that Nevis was more of an "adult location" True? Any and all input is appreciated as this vacation is for Feb./March. THANKS AGAIN for helping me find that perfect spot for us!!
