We're a young couple interested in going to the Caribbean for the first time, for about a week or so. We're budget concious but are happy spoiling ourselves if the reward is worth the expense. We're not much into the party scene anymore (been there done that, trust me!) so we're looking for something more on the notion of romantic and relaxing with a twist of fun or perhaps extreme sports.
I have free flight credits from JetBlue so we're interested in using those and going to somewhere JetBlue flies: Aruba, The Bahamas (Nassau), Dominican Republic (Santiago, Santo Domingo), or Puerto Rico (San Juan, Aguadilla, Ponce).
We do drink and can rack up some outstanding bar tabs so an all-inclusive may be a good idea for us but we have no real experience with that either.
Any suggestions on where to travel to (island/country)? Or even more specific as to actual hotel/resort?
Thank you! |

| Definitely NOT ARUBA!! The Bahamas are nice. Somewhere in the Caribbean is a place like Club Med or Sandals, but it's for families and they have characters from Sesame Street. I just can't remember the name of it. |

Hi, The Bahamas and Puerto Rico beaches are great. You could find
private beaches there to have it more romantic, you will not have a hard time find one. A great view and a lovely dinner will be a good idea for couples like you. |

| If you decide on taking the Royal Caribbean Cruise you must have a look at its website. There are many things that you may not be aware of while you narrow in for this as an option. The website is extremely informative and may help you make some wide decisions while on it. |
