The Cuba is always popular for its attractive and appealing beaches and islands. It is also becoming famous for its variety of delicious food delights. The crispy thick bread filled with cheese and vegetables is so delicious and tasteful and the Ajiaco is a popular dish in restaurants.

The best and also most authentic cuisine is found at the Casa Particulares (homestays) and the Paladares (restaurants in peoples' houses). Meat features very heavily in Cuban cuisine. Pork and chicken are very common in Cuba but beef is slightly harder to come by because all livestock in Cuba is government property and therefore subject to official rationing and regulations.

Food is generally heavy and fattening with garlic and onion most commonly used as flavouring. Spices are rarely used and the food is definitely not hot. Vegetables do not feature much apart from small side salads. Hence vegetarians are not very well catered for apart from Rice and Beans.

Well I have already experienced one of the best food I have there in " Arroz Con Papas ". It was such a nice mixture of food that can be feel in taste differently. There were different kind of buffets with multiple dishes that I love to eat.
