Vietnam visa fees

Visa on arrival will save you at least 20% over getting a same one at embassy.

There will be no consulate fee, time fee as well as no transportation fee to visit the Vietnam embassy. There will be no postage fee as everything is done over email.

There are two kinds of fee for both Visa on arrival (pick up at the airport) and Visa code (pick up at the Embassy): service fee and stamping fee.

The service fee will be paid us online in USD through OnePay. This service fee will be used to progress your visa approval letter.

NORMAL PROCESSING service fee: GUARANTEED 2-3 working days.
URGENT PROCESSING service fee: GUARANTEED 1 working day (plus 10 USD/pax).

The stamping fee
Visa on arrival: You will pay this stamping fee at the Vietnam airport to get your passport stamped. Your approval letter will be the legal evidence to show the airport Officer that you are allowed to legally enter Vietnam by the Vietnam Immigration Department.

Visa code: You will pay this fee directly at the Vietnam Embassy in your country to get your passport stamped. This fee will be different from country to country.

Citizen holders who wish to enter Vietnam are required to apply for Vietnam Visa in the following suggested ways:

1.Apply Vietnam Visa online http://vietnamvisapro.com/apply.html

2.Apply Vietnam Visa on arrival (Visa to pick up at Vietnam airport) or Vietnam Visa code here (visa to pick up at Vietnam Embassy/ Consulate)

3.Receive the Vietnam Visa approval letter/code after 1 or 2 working days

4.Print the approval letter/code to stamp Vietnam visa at Vietnam Visa airports or Vietnam Visa Embassies/Consulates.

Only citizens of certain countries can visit Vietnam without an Entry Visa (valid for visit within 30 days), specifically as follows:

- Not more than 30 days: for citizens of Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Laos.
- Not more than 15 days: for citizens of Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland.
- French citizens holding valid diplomatic passports are exempt from visa requirements when visiting Vietnam and are allowed to stay for up 3 months at one time or on several visits within six months since their first immigration dates.
- Citizens of Chile holding valid diplomatic or official passports are exempt from needing entry, exit and transit visas in Vietnam's territory and are allowed to stay for up 60 days on each visit.

Citizens from all other countries are required to get an Entry Visa before departure or a pre-approved Entry Visa (issued on arrival at Vietnams International Airports) supplied before arrival in Vietnam.
