How is Dominica Island's Tourism Industry?

I have learned several years back in one of the seminars I have attended that Dominica's tourism is underdeveloped. I wonder why... It's a very beautiful place and it is found in the Caribbean... How come its tourism industry is not as good as the other islands?

Yes , Dominica island have underdeveloped tourism though it has a few famous tourist spots, such as the Indian River in Portsmouth, Emerald Pool, Trafalgar Falls, Scotts Head (where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea), and the world's second-largest boiling lake which is inside Morne Trois Pitons National Park, Dominica's World Heritage site. This island country also has many excellent diving spots due to its steep drop-offs, healthy marine environment, and reefs.
But unlike many other Caribbean islands, Dominica's tourism is underdeveloped. It does not have any world-famous chains of hotels.

The Beauty of Dominica is underdeveloped by visitors. It has so much natural attractions, Dense Forests, appealing beaches, lakes and wildlife. The island is so beautiful and amazing to explore. The tourism industry should focus on the Dominica Island and make it popular to the visitors all over the world to visit the eye catching and Spectacular Island and increase the tourism industry by providing excellent facilities to the travelers and have an international recognition.
