| Paragliding - How Safe Do you find it, As well as what Will be the Stats?Great, it's safer than it's Extreme Sports image were sure to have you may think. Of all the so-called Extreme Sports, paragliding has perhaps the widest varieties of participants. In Japan, you will notice old people serenely gliding across dormant volcano slopes. From the Alps in France, you can spot daring young men pushing the bounds with their skills and their paragliders while flying cross-country in challenging conditions. |

Paragliding is as safe or as dangerous as the pilot makes it. Good equipment, proper training, and most importantly mature judgment make the sport safe. Accidents can happen though; this is an adventure sport after all.
