Has anyone to curacao recently rented a jeep to go explore "off the beaten path" sites?
I've read about jeep and ATV tours and was wondering if it made sense to just rent a jeep for our stay and do our own tours if there are lots of two trek roads to explore? Is it worth the expense? Or should we just rent a "beater" car and pay to go on a guided tour?

We were in CUR in May. We didnt rent a jeep or go on any ATV tours, but the roads were pretty good. We had a little yaris type car and had no problems navigating the roads (even the unpaved going to one of the beach clubs).
Save your money. Have a great a trip.
