I am just wondering why there are islands that comprise the British Virgin Islands that really have weird names. Mosquito Island, Beef Island and Ginger Island. Is it the shape of the islands? Just curious...

There may be some desire deep down in your subconsciously about things you want to do, or get away from.

The island you describe basically symbolizes some desire you have in life. As you have said, it is a dream home, the name may bother you very much. However this implies some conflict you are having.

The islands mosquito island, ginger island, beef island, sandy spit, dog island have weird names but they are unbelievably so beautiful and fascinating places to explore and visit. All these small islands are under the British Virgin Islands and are simply wonderful and breathtaking places.

I think most of the travelers have not been to these places because of their names but they are the paradise on earth i have missed one name the salt island it is an amazing place to see and visit with lovely sandy beach and crystal blue water to explore. All these places are so famous for water sports like scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, cruising and surfing.

If you're looking for a true island paradise without the commercialism, visit the small island of Anegada. Just 10 miles long and 2 1/2 miles wide, you won't find fancy resorts and villas. What you will find is down-to-earth locals, 'neighborhood' beach bars, and casual restaurants.
