Hiking:
Walk along a 200-year old foot path called the Mastic Trail through an ancient forest and mangrove swamp.

Golf:
The course at Britannia (Cayman Brac) was designed by Jack Nicklaus and is really 3 courses in 1: a 9-hole par 35 regulation course, an 18-hole par 57 executive course and an 18-hole par 71 Cayman Ball course played with the unique Cayman Ball.

The 18-hole Links at Safehaven is USGA-rated at 71.8. There are many Golf Tournaments throughout the year for the more serious player.

Bird Watching:
The local Bird Club organizes bird watching expeditions. For more information, check with at National Trust office. Little Cayman is home to the Booby Pond Nature Reserve with thousands of red-footed boobies and hundreds of frigate birds. Cayman Brac features a 180-acre parrot reserve.

Cycling:
Cycling is popular and both 10-speed and mountain bikes can be rented.

Cricket & Football:
Crocket & Football (Soccer) matches are two of the Cayman Islander's favorite past times!

You've had some good suggestions so far, but I'd add :
- Rent a car to get around..on 7MB the best snorkelling is off Cemetery Reef at the north end of 7MB, and you'd need to drive it
- WIth that car, take a day to explore the Eastern Districts (awesome and virtually unused snorkelling sites all over too!)
- When out East, #1 is the Botanic Park (go early in the day, it is 35-40 minutes from 7MB and (I think) opens at 9am).
- Other Eastern attractions : Pedro Castle, Mission House (in Bodden Town), and a little more adventurous is the Mastic Trail if you like trail walking.
- Rum Point and Kaibo are great options for a relaxed lunch on the beach, or else if it is too hot, try Hideaways beach bar at The Reef as it tends to have nice cooling breezes that you will appreciate as the island warms up more

Every island has some treasures and hidden beauty. It is nice and much better to explore the hidden secrets and discover the lovely treasures and beauty of the dream island. It is a place to feel some peace and satisfaction and wander in the true beauty and natural attraction.

Faced as they were with a very stereotypical view of what art from a Caribbean island should be, they began to change views and attitudes towards both art and the artists and should really be credited with responsibility for much of the growth and development that has taken place ever since.

From what I have read, scuba dicing happens to be the top attraction in Cayman Islands. With the crystal clear waters and vibrant reefs, marine life, sandbars and shipwrecks, divers can explore a whole new world beneath the surface of Cayman Islands. Of course, water life isn’t the only things Cayman Islands is famous for. There are a number of hiking tours, golfing spots (including the highly acclaimed North Sound Golf Course and Britannia Golf Course) and other natural attractions to explore. The National Trust Booby Pond Nature Reserve offers tourists the opportunity of interacting with wildlife and the Seven Mile Beach here happens to be a favourite with tourists as well.

As for what I would do on Cayman Island, I am not quite sure. Perhaps, I’d do a bit of scuba diving as well as explore the natural attractions. At any cost, I wouldn’t want to miss out on anything on Cayman Islands though!
